Fujitsu ISV room

PFU Imaging Solutions, a Fujitsu Company, is one of the leading providers of document imaging solutions. Our task was to completely refurbish one of Fujitsu’s office environments at the company’s head office in Hayes – this space was to become the ISV Room.

Our brief was to create a versatile and engaging environment to be used by Fujitsu and its partners, resellers, distributors and end users to demonstrate Fujitsu’s scanning solutions in key vertical markets, for example healthcare, education, finance etc.

The Inhabit team was involved in every aspect of this project from start to finish - from initial discussions to fully understand our client’s brief, to bringing the concept to life with creative use of graphics and AV to take the visitor on a memorable journey around the room. As always, our project managers were on hand every step of the way to ensure that the project ran to schedule and within budget.

We created a clean, modern and inviting environment which can be tailored to the specific vertical markets. To bring the room to life and encourage user interaction, we combined static and moving graphics, using high quality cut vinyl and wallpaper graphics as well as screens and projection.

Working with a geometric graphics style similar to that created for the Knowledge Suite and GITEX, we designed the visuals to tell a story and take visitors on a journey around the room. Starting in a village, the graphics build to a small town and then the big city, allowing Fujitsu to demonstrate its scanning solutions for every size business within the particular vertical market. As well as the graphics and video content indicating how visitors should move around the room from one pod to the next, innovative use of lighting and sound further helps to guide visitors, making the ISV Room a fully interactive and multi sensory environment.
